Canada ICI Capital Corporation facilitated CMHC Insured term financing for this 197 unit residential complex, in Calgary, AB. This multi-family town home complex is close to Sunridge Mall, public transportation, and near a wide array of amenities. By facilitating financing in excess of $18.2M, the client was able to repatriate $8M of equity and take advantage of historically low interest rates.

This Retail / Office building redevelopment will be a fitting addition to downtown Calgary, which has been experiencing plenty of revitalization projects. Canada ICI’s role in the project was to facilitate acquisition financing and a construction facility to complete the build out of this street front office / retail building, located along 8th Ave SW and 7th Street.

Ranch Market

University Centre is a newly renovated six storey high rise office building situated within the west end of the downtown core of Calgary, Alberta.  University Centre is a redevelopment of an existing building into 136,700 sq.ft  of  leaseable space for medical offices, with a 325 stall parkade.  Canada ICI arranged takeout financing of $50M+ for the client.

Canada ICI Capital Corporation was engaged to structure and originate the acquisition financing of a 189,000 sq.ft. “A” Class single tenant building.  Stantec Campus is home to a major international engineering firm publicly traded on the NYSE and TSX. The subject property features a LEED Silver annex building and other “Green” initiatives that make the subject property truly unique.

 Kaleidoscope will be a six storey mixed use development with 70 residential apartment units and over 8,800 sq.ft. of main floor commercial space. Located in in Calgary, AB, Kaleidoscope is situated along the Crowchild Trail near the University of Calgary and McMahon Stadium. The residential component of this project is classified as Affordable Housing and its close proximity to the U of C generates a sure supply of tenants.
