Marg Sebzda
Marg has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 1992. Prior to joining Canada ICI Capital Corporation, Marg was a lender at a major financial institution for more than 20 years. Marg is experienced in all types of commercial financing with particular emphasis on multifamily condominium construction, and multifamily apartments (conventional and CMHC insured) as well as retail, office, hotel, land acquisition and servicing. Marg is currently a member of the Canadian Home Builders Association, Edmonton Apartment Association, AMBA and CAAMP.
