Dave Bell
Prior to working at Canada ICI Capital Corporation, Dave was the Assistant Vice President of Commercial Real Estate with a major Canadian Bank and has been active in commercial real estate since 1993. Since joining Canada ICI Capital Corporation, Dave has been using his broad knowledge of real estate finance to structure a variety of deals including multi-family construction, commercial and light industrial construction, land acquisition and land servicing. Typical deal sizes is $5 million and up. Dave has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Alberta and is a member of the Alberta Mortgage Broker Association.
