Dale Klein
Dale is the President of Canada ICI Capital Corporation and has been actively involved in commercial real estate finance since 1986. Dale founded Canada ICI in 1993, which today has  offices in Edmonton and Calgary, with annual origination volumes in excess of $2 Billion per year. In 2001, Dale developed an in-house discretionary source of funding, which has grown in excess of $100 Million of mortgage investments. With extensive knowledge of both the debt and equity markets, Dale personally has arranged in excess of $8.0 Billion in capital over his career. In 2010, under Dale's direction, Canada ICI developed an interactive database which is populated with over 15,000 commercial properties in Alberta.  The database automatically updates Canada ICI with all the latest sales, financing and investment activities along with providing details of the shareholders and directors of the companies who are active in Alberta's commercial real estate marketplace.
